If you are a paid-up playing Member over the age of 18 on the 1st January 2011, you are eligible to attend the AGM on Friday 30th September 2011.
Please click on the following link to receive your AGM notification letter, together with the financial statements and your proxy voting form, to be completed and returned to the Office no later than 18.00hrs on Wednesday September 28th 2011.
Should you have problems downloading your proxy voting form please contact the office and one will be forwarded to you by post.
